But let all things be done properly and in an orderly manner.
(1 Cor 14:40 NASB)

I want to thank Pastor Mark Kohls and the congregation for extending to me a call to be the administrative pastor alongside Pastor Mark.

I'm adding this section to my website to assist in communicating with one another as we move forward. Please bookmark this so that you can visit it as we work together. Please be assured that no decisions will be made without the approval of the congregation. And no changes will be made that cannot be rescinded or modified if the change does not accomplish its purpose.

PERT - Program Evaluation and Review Technique

What does PERT stand for in project management? The PERT full form stands for Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). That is, it is a method for planning, evaluating, and reviewing a project or program based on time estimates and task dependencies.

This tool is used by major corporations for planning and program development. I have found a scaled-down version to be helpful in ministry. We will only use the diagramming part of the tool to plan our steps forward and to monitor our progress. If you are interested in the origin and some history of PERT check out the website below.

Robert's Rules of Order

We will be using a scaled-down version of this tool to help us reach decisions together as a unified body. I will be providing video conferencing for Q & A and discussion prior to putting any matter before the congregation in a business meeting.
